How to use:

• Rinse and soak your feet in warm water until the skin is softened. You can use a soap of your choice and add it to the water. You can even continue the procedure without using soap
• Wet the file with warm water
• With light to medium pressure, rub the file on the wet skin. Rub it on areas where you feel your skin has hardened or there is callus or corn using the coarse side
• Then shift to the fine rasp side and rub all over the same area for 2-3 minutes to soften your skin
• Do not apply high pressure as it can hurt and damage your skin
• Rinse the file thoroughly after using it every time
• Repeat the process daily for best results
