How to use:

Recommended daily dose:

• Adults: 10-15ml (2–3 teaspoons)


• Children (3–12 years): 5–10 ml (1-2 teaspoons)

Winter dose:

• Children (3–12 years): 5–10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) twice daily
