Product Description:

• Nuralac plus 4 is an advanced formula for infants from 3-7 years. 

How to use:

• Ready to use. Do not add water. Discard unused formula and bottle within two hours after feeding begins. Store away from heat. Do not freeze

Caution & Warnings:

• Store the product in a cool, clean, and dry place at room temperature not to exceed 25 °C.  The product is ready for direct consumption and no additional preparation is needed. Do not freeze the product. Use before the expiry date shown on the packaging.
• Warning: Never heat the product in a microwave.
• Caution: Do not consume if there is any packaging defect.
• Contains milk and milk products including lactose, soy, and DHA from fish oil

Ingredients:

• Water, skim milk, whole milk, corn syrup solids, sucrose, vegetable oils (palm olein, coconut, soy, high oleic sunflower), galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), lactose, inulin, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), calcium phosphate, emulsifier (soy lecithin).
• Calcium carbonate, acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide), sodium citrate, sodium ascorbate, magnesium phosphate, choline bitartrate, D-glucose , sodium caseinate, nature-identical vanilla flavour, taurine, protein stabilizer (potassium citrate), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from fish oil, ferrous sulfate.
• Sodium chloride, zinc sulphate, niacinamide, choline chloride, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, retinyl palmitate, ascorbic acid, cholecalciferol, calcium chloride, antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate), phytomenadione, calcium pantothenate.
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride, cupric sulphate, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, folic acid, manganese sulfate, sodium iodide, D-biotin, sodium selenite, cyanocobalamin.
