- Betmiga is a medicine containing the active substance mirabegron.

How To use:
- The recommended dose of Betmiga is 50 mg once a day.
- In patients who have reduced kidney or liver function the doctor may need to prescribe a lower dose or avoid the use of Betmiga, especially in patients taking certain other medicines.
Warnings And Precautions:
Do not take BETMIGA if you have an allergy to:
- Any medicine containing mirabegron
Some of the symptoms of an allergic reaction may include:
- Shortness of breath.
- Wheezing or difficulty breathing.
- Swelling of the face, lips, tongue or other parts of the body.
- Rash, itching or hives on the skin.
Do not take BETMIGA:
- if you have very high blood pressure (systolic greater than or equal to 180mmhg and /or diastolic greater than or equal to 110mmhg).
- If you are not sure whether you should start taking this medicine, talk to your doctor.
- Before you start to take it
- Tell your doctor if you have allergies to any other medicines, foods, preservatives or dyes.
- Tell your doctor if you have or have had any of the following medical conditions:
- Kidney problems
- Liver problems
- High blood pressure
- Heart disorders, including an irregular heartbeat, an abnormal electrical signal in the heart that can cause an irregular heart rhythm called "prolongation of the QT interval", or if you are taking any medicine known to cause irregular heart rhythm (see 'Taking other medicines')
- Trouble emptying your bladder or you have a weak urine stream
- Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant or are breast-feeding. Your doctor can discuss with you the risks and benefits involved.
