- Our Celery Seed Complex is a unique blend of celery seed, Montmorency cherry, burdock and nettle.
- Celery seed has been used extensively in Indian Ayurvedic Medicine for many different reasons. Celery seeds contain several substances including volatile oils, flavonoids, coumarins and Linoleic Acid.
- The Montmorency Cherry is a variety of sour cherry grown in Canada, France and the US.
- Since the early 21st Century there has been a great deal of interest in Montmorency Cherry and a number of reports on its purported health benefits have prompted research into its actions in the human body.
- Burdock is familiar to many of us as an ingredient in the soft drink ‘Dandelion & Burdock’, which has been a popular beverage since Mediaeval times and also has a long history of use in traditional herbal medicine.
- Nettle is a well-known plant seen in many woodlands and Hedgerows.
- It is used in cooking to make Nettle Soups and is available as a herbal tea.
- Nettle also has a long history of use in traditional herbal medicine. It is one of only 9 plants mentioned in Anglo Saxon texts and it is still used today by many medical herbalists.
How to use:
- Take 2 tablets per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.
