Soothers are known by many different names such as dummies, pacifiers, dodies, and binkies. At Tommee Tippee we use the word 'soother' as it does just that, soothes baby.
Our first soother specially designed to avoid contact with baby's sensitive skin and prevent the risk of irritation, rashes and sore spots around baby's nose and mouth. Unlike traditional soothers where, over time, baby's saliva can build up beneath the shield leading to irritated skin and discomfort for baby, our Advanced Sensitive Soother is specially shaped to curve away from baby's face. The unique design features extra-large holes in the soother shield to help improve air flow and minimize skin contact, allowing baby's skin to breathe and helping to keep it moisture-free.
Our Advanced Sensitive Soother features a symmetrical soft silicone baglet that is fully reversible and has no 'right side-up' so the soother will always be placed correctly in your baby's mouth, even when baby puts the soother in their mouth themselves. Your baby's oral development is an important factor to consider when giving your baby a soother which is why our soothers have been designed with oral development in mind. The symmetrical baglet allows your baby's tongue and jaw to rest in the correct position therefore supporting the healthy, natural development of your baby's mouth, teeth and gums.
The BPA-free silicone baglet is soft and flexible whilst also being robust and durable. The smooth surface of silicone is very easy to clean and won't absorb stains and odors. We have removed all single-use plastic from our new 4-packs of Advanced Sensitive Soothers and the cardboard packaging is 100% recyclable.

How to use:
Do not store in direct sunlight or near a source of heat. Do not store or allow to come inito contact with solvents or harsh chemicals. Never dip teat in sweet substances or medication, your child may get tooth decay. Replace the soother after one month, for safety and hygiene reasons. In the event that the soother becomes lodged in the mouth, DO NOT PANIC; it cannot be swallowed and is designed to cope with such an event. Remove from the mouth with care, as gently as possible. When the soother is not in use for instance after sterilization, keep in a dry covered container.

Do not tie pacifiers around child's neck as it presents a strangulation danger. Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness. Cleaning and sterilization:Before first use place the pacifier in boiling water for 5 min, allow to cool, squeeze out any trapped water from the pacifier. This is to ensure hygiene. Clean before each use.Wash in warm soapy water and rinse in clean water or use a dishwasher (Top shelf only). Remove any water that may have entered the teat be squeezing the teat. Do not clean with solvents of harsh chemicals.Suitable for sterilization by steam (electric and microwave), boiling or cold water tablet/liquid solution.Do not sterilize the display case.Storage and use:Do not store in direct sunlight or near a source of heat.Do not store with or allow to come into contact with solvents or harsh chemicals.
