How to Use:

• Download and install the VitaDock+ app on your smartphone or tablet.


• Place the scale on a flat, hard surface.


• Open the VitaDock+ app and create a user profile.


• Step barefoot onto the scale. Ensure your feet are evenly distributed on the electrodes.


• The scale will automatically recognize you (if user recognition is enabled) and start the measurement.


• Your weight and body composition data will be displayed on the screen and synced with the VitaDock+ app.


• You can view your progress and trends over time within the app.
