How to use:

• Option 1: Detachable pillow: Capable to use as individual massage pillow when connect to home adapter, it can massage lumbar, abdomen, back, thigh, leg, foot etc.

  Pillow Control Button: Press to active shiatsu,Press again to turn on shiatsu & heat; Press & Hold on 3 seconds to turn off neck massage.
  
  


• Option 2: Connect with massage mat to be a massage pillow 


• 1. Attach the massage mat to a chair with elastic straps or place it on other support.


• 2. Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the mat.


• 3. Plug the home adapter into an outlet between 100-240V.


• 4. Turn on the device using the controller (Refer to below remote controller instruction.)


• 5. Customize function settings by operating hand controller or through smart APP.


• 6. When finished place the controller in the pouch at the side of the mat.


• ON/OFF: Press to turn the massage mat on or off.


• Massage Regions: SHOULDER, BACK, LUMBAR, LEG BUTTON: 


• Each massage regions may be turned off or on as desired by press the button for any combination of regions and while any of the five 


• MODES are active.


• NOTE: the “LEG” button controls the leg and feet regions.


• INTENSITY: Press to choose Low, Medium, High intensity of vibration.

Caution & Warnings:

• 1. Do not wash in washing machine or immerse the product or the adapter in water.


• 2. Always switch off before cleaning and remove the adapter from the socket with clean, dry hands.
