• Cefixime stops bacteria from forming a cell wall, which bacteria need to survive.


• This decreases the number of bacteria in your body, which helps your body fight the infection.

How To Use:

• Follow all directions on your Cefim 100 Mg 60 Ml Suspension label.


• Do not take Cefim in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.


• You may take Cefim with or without food.


• Shake the oral Cefim 100 Mg 60 Ml Suspension (liquid) well just before you measure a dose.


• Measure liquid medicine with the dosing syringe, or with a special dose-measuring spoon.

Children 6 months to 12 years of age:

• Recommend a dose of 8 mg/kg once daily or 4 mg/kg every 12 hours for 10–14 days.

Caution & Warnings:

• You should not take Cefim 100 Mg 60 Ml Suspension if you are allergic to cefixime, or to similar antibiotics, tell your doctor if you are allergic to penicillins.


• The Cefim 100 Mg 60 Ml Suspension (liquid) contains sucrose.


• Talk to your doctor before using this form of cefixime if you have diabetes.


• Do not use Cefim 100 Mg 60 Ml Suspension longer than you have been told
