How to use:

• Use at least twice a day after brushing your teeth or when you cannot use a toothbrush or toothpaste.
• Use 15 ml of mouthwash and rinse for at least 30 seconds.

Caution & Warnings:

• If the gums are severely inflamed, increase the frequency and duration of rinsing.
