Caution and Warnings:
Always use this product with adult supervision.
- Continuous and prolonged sucking of fluids will cause tooth decay.
- Always check food temperature before feeding.
- Keep components not in use out of the reach of children.
- Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness.
- Prevent your child from running or walking while drinking.
- Only place the container in the microwave, without other parts. It is not recommended to use a microwave to warm up baby food or drinks. Microwaves may destroy valuable nutrients in food/drinks and may produce localized high temperatures. If you decide to use the microwave, take extra care to stir heated food/drinks to ensure even heat distribution and check the temperature before serving.
- Close the screw top tightly by turning it clockwise. Otherwise, it may come off during use.
- To drink from the straw cup, open the lid by flipping the cap to the back.
- Thick, fizzy, pulpy drinks or formula milk may block the valve and cause it to break or leak.
- Do not over tighten the lid on the straw cup.
- Make sure that the straw parts are properly assembled (Fig. 1B).
- To prevent scalding, allow hot liquids to cool down before you fill the cup.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, replace straws after 3 months of use. Use only Philips Avent straws.
- Do not interchange the straw cup parts with a glass bottle.
