As a dietary supplement, adults take 1-2 capsules /Day (300 mg-600 mg/day) directly after meals with a cup of cold water or milk.
Do not take Ashwag™ capsules If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance Asheagandha extract or to any of the other ingredients of Ashwag™ capsules.
Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
There is not enough reliable information about the safety of taking Ashwag™ capsules if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
