A nail file is an accessory used by everybody but its quality is never much thought about. It’s a basic necessity of special importance when you have a broken nail. The Access Nail File is a classic padded emery nail file that gets the job done, is inexpensive, can be easily replaced if lost but otherwise lasts for quite a long time. You can stash one in your purse in case of a broken nail on the go and one at home in your bathroom cabinet, just because they are very easy to lose. The Accez Nail File is double-sided and one side is coarse because of tiny grains of sand adhered to them. This side is to be used for shortening the length of the nails. The other side is fine and is to be used for shaping the nails and smoothing rough edges. The roughness allows for more hand control therefore it is convenient for precise shaping according to your needs. Twenty to thirty easy strokes can typically shorten excessively long fingernails, while five to ten strokes are sufficient for shaping the nails.

How to use:

• You must be careful while using the emery nail files because they are somewhat hard on your nail beds

• Make sure you file in one direction, first with the coarser side to shorten. This reduces the chance of damage rather than filing in a haphazard manner in all directions

• After shortening, use the finer side to smooth out the roughness of the edges and shape your nail into a square, pointed, or whatever shape you may desire. 

• You may also use the finer side to smooth out the entire nail like a buffer in times of emergency. 

• Do not forget to file your toenails as well 

• When you use the emery file, keep in mind that you leave the tip of your nail open for dirt and water to enter the nail

• Use protective nail paint to prevent cracking and flaking of nails

• Do not wash, store after cleaning, and discontinue after reusing too many times as nails contain bacteria and this particular nail file is extremely porous
