• This expertly blended formula has been developed by our in-house team to provide a ‘top-up’ of key nutrients, to provide additional support to a healthy diet and lifestyle.


• Natures Aid Women 50+ Multivitamin and Mineral includes 13 Vitamins and 9 Minerals as well as specially selected superfoods to provide fully balanced nutritional support. Amongst the other additional nutrients, we have included:


• Vitamins B2, B12 and B5 to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.


• Calcium for the normal functioning of digestive enzymes and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.


• Vitamin E to protect cells against oxidative damage.


• Zinc for the maintenance of normal carbohydrate metabolism, normal cognitive function, normal vision, normal functioning of the immune system and normal hair, skin and nails.


• Biotin to help support healthy hair and skin.

How to use: 

• Take 1 capsule per day with food.


• Do not exceed the recommended intake.


• This product should not be taken on an empty stomach. 

Caution & Warnings:

• Suitable from age 12, however this product is designed for age 50+.


• Warning:  Daily consumption of EGCG should be less than 800mg.


• This product should not be consumed if you are taking other products containing Green Tea on the same day.


• This product is not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, or for children under 18 years old.
