Apply Toothpaste:Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the bristles of the toothbrush. Brush Gently:Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle against your teeth and gums. Using gentle circular motions or short back-and-forth strokes, brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all teeth. Rinse Thoroughly:After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water, and rinse the toothbrush under running water to remove any remaining toothpaste and debris.
