How To Use:

• Insert the batteries into the battery compartment or connect the USB cable to the monitor and a power source.


• Wrap the cuff around your upper arm and make sure that it is not too tight or too loose and that it is at heart level.


• Press the on/off button to start the measurement. The cuff will inflate automatically and measure your blood pressure and pulse while inflating.


• The measurement results will be displayed on the screen along with the risk indicator, resting indicator, date, time and user memory. If arrhythmia or atrial fibrillation is detected, a symbol will appear on the screen.


• Press the on/off button again to turn off the monitor or wait for it to turn off automatically after one minute.


• Remove the cuff from your arm and store it in the storage bag along with the monitor.


• To use the ECG stick, attach it to the monitor or connect it to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Hold it in both hands with your thumbs on the electrodes. Press the start button on the stick or on your smartphone to start recording your heart rhythm. The recording will last for 30 seconds and will be displayed on your smartphone screen along with an analysis.
